The regular meeting of the Cobblestone Homeowners Association was held on last Friday, July 9th, 2024 at 7:30 PM. The meeting was chaired by President Jones, and attended by|was comprised of a here good number of homeowners.
A summary of the meeting included:
* Analyzing the upcoming community project, the park renovation.
* Negotiating homeowner concerns regarding landscaping.
* Approval of the proposed budget for the upcoming fiscal year.
The meeting was concluded around 7:45 PM. The next meeting is scheduled for October 8th, 2024.
